INTRO:

basically its an arpeggio

to play the first arpeggio , you have to place your index finger(the barring finger) on the fourth fret(press hard on strings e,B,G & D) now form a F#-major chord (by making Dmajor chord structure) by placing middle finger on G-6 (G string 6th fret) , ring finger on e-6, pinky on B-7. to play the second arpeggio just slide your index finger to sixth fret and form G#m chord(by making D-minor chord structure) . barre the 6th fret by index finger, place your middle finger on E-7, ring finger on G-8 and pinky on B-9.

or in simple words hold the chord F# in xx4676 style and and chord G#m in xx6897 style
